THE BETTER WAY FOR PHYSICIANS
As physicians, we spend most of our lives in the left brain. It’s scientific. It’s factual. But not necessarily safe. Diagnosing and saving lives, dealing with unnecessary and preventable deaths. We think we’re handling it all, balancing it all … until we’re not. Physicians suffer more suicides than any profession, on average more than one each day. Spending time in the right brain is one way to ease the burdens. But sometimes, most times, we become so engulfed by the pressure to pay off our student loans (80% have debt, too many with more than $300k debt) that we can’t focus on anything else.
There had to be a better way....
Now, with the system there is.
What I wish I’d been able to do, and what my genius zone is now, is helping people learn to be ok with their debt. What if we split our resources to pay the minimum amount possible on the loan while building assets that will create passive income? Your loans can be paid at the lowest stress to you and, in the end, you’ll have assets to live from.
It’s a mindset shift that will rid you of the necessity of trading your time for money and be able to build the life of your dreams before your retirement. Don’t just work on saving enough that you can have 4% withdrawn each year as you scrimp in retirement. I want you to live in abundance. After the early years of particularly focused work when you’re building the initial assets.
